Wash Day!
Today is wash day! I bought some new shampoo. Head and shoulders to be more exact. I will be washing in braids, of course. I have the mini braids in still. I take them out live on the 22-23 of January 2026. I can't wait to take them down and get some more back in. It is my natural hair, no extensions added.
Update: I washed my hair on Friday, the 16th of January 2026.

Itchy scalp vs Inflamed scalp.
My hair rarely itches. However, it does feel inflamed very much. When it itches I scratch it. When it feels inflamed I pat it. Numerous thing cause me to have a flamed scalp.
Wash Day!
I moisturized my hair yesterday. Although, I will wash it I have decided to try and wash it every Saturday and moisture it every Saturday and Thursday from now on. The hair products I use have been keeping it well moisturized.
I hope it goes well.

What's My Hair Porosity?
I believe my hair is high porosity. I use butters and oils on my hair because of this. However, hair butters can be good for both high and low porosity hair, but how well they work depends on the type of butter, how you use it, and your porosity level.
Diet
Hey!
Do you want to join?
I plan on dieting. I will eat no meat or fish, besides eggs. Boiled eggs, to be precise. The rest will be beans, rice, vegetables, and fruit.
Stretching/Yoga/Deep Breathing: Calming the Mind and Body
Hi!
The good news is, if you are stressed, you can calm your body down. Stretching, Yoga, and Deep Breathing are all things you can do to relieve stress.
My favorite out of all is the deep breathing. I used to not be able to do it easily, but it's easier now. You can start off with 3 deep breaths in and out. You take one deep breath in through both your nose (Should feel it in your head/brain) and mouth (keep your mouth closed, you should feel it through your throat/lungs), then out through only your nose.

Hair Growth?
Hi,
Here is what I have experienced. Yes, it can be the products you are using on your hair, however, it has been what I consume as well.
Products?
Hi,
I wanted to come on here today to tell you what kind of products I use and what method. I use the L.C.B.O method. First I use water, next I use a leave in conditioner, after that I use a butter, and lastly, I use an oil. I am currently using simple tap water, a leave in I found at burlington, African pride Leave in cream, Avocado butter and neem butter, and caffeine/black castor oil for the oil.
