Thicker/Thinner

So what did I do for my hair to go from this to that? I think it was the hair mask I used as a leave-in. Now I know not to do that ever again. I was also doing more deep conditioning and pampering in the video as opposed to the picture. I also used a shea butter soap to wash my hair. I thought it was African Black Soap in the store. However, after looking at the soap, after I used it a few times, it wasn't.
My hair wasted away. It was too late. I'm not sure how I didn't notice. I got a test done for iron deficiency, but it said my levels were fine. Although the doctor I went to didn't know what a spacer was. I found out if you have an inhaler, you need a spacer or it won't work, or not as good. Another doctor told me the first bit, about it not being able to work at all without it, but it does work, it just doesn't work as good, and it takes more than two pumps, which probably is not safe.

Sincerely,
DaniGirl
