I plan on dieting. I will eat no meat or fish, besides eggs. Boiled eggs, to be precise. The rest will be beans, rice, vegetables, and fruit.
Here is my grocery List (so far):
White rice (1) bag
Brown Rice (1) bag
Black beans (2) bags
White beans (3) bags
Sea Salt with iodine (1) shaker
Eggs (3) containers of 18 Large
Cantalope (1)
Steam bag broccoli (3)
Steam bag mixed vegetables (3)
steam bag brussel sprouts (2)
Steam bag peas and carrots (2)
Steam bag sweet potatoes (2)
v8 green juice (1)
Apple Juice (1)
Total $50.82
Other things I will be doing: Exercising.
I will come back with a date to start the diet.
