I started taking the prenatals again. I remember when my family member told me about them and let me try one. I liked the taste of the gummy ones. I am grateful to her for this. Another family member was taking them too, but I wasn't taking them seriously or didn't know much about them.
Hey,
I have been taking a new supplement. It's called Chorella Spirulina. It has been helping me with depression and getting out of bed. I really am hopeful with it. Benefits? What to look out for? I will post an article soon about those two. You can do research in the meantime, if you would like to.
Hi again,
I plan on doing more than deep breathing for stress relief. I have been on fight or flight, and I really need to do other things for stress relief. It used to be stressful to write or even think about writing. Doing exercises to help me stress less is important. It could affect my hair, if it hasn't already.
Hi everyone,
The 3-month mini-braid challenge has ended, and a new one has begun. It started January 23, 2025. It has officially been a month. There are two more months to go. I'm not sure how much growth will be retained. I haven't been doing the best mentally. I am also not taking prenatals anymore. I am taking a new supplement.
