Stress be gone!

Hi again,

I plan on doing more than deep breathing for stress relief. I have been on fight or flight, and I really need to do other things for stress relief. It used to be stressful to write or even think about writing. Doing exercises to help me stress less is important. It could affect my hair, if it hasn't already.

I plan on deep breathing, massages, meditation, writing (now since it seems to relieve stress, just have to pace myself), reading, and learning more, and whatever else my body and mind go toward that I agree on. I will not be able to go too fast with this. Sometimes it's hard for me to do things, so that's why I plan on going slow.

Stress can affect the hair.
